Problem
Missionaries lacked a centralized platform that let them share their work, build visibility with potential supporters, and receive financial support in a way that felt trustworthy and easy to use. Existing solutions were fragmented, unintuitive, or not designed around missionary needs.

Key Challenges
- Supporting multiple user roles while keeping the experience simple and intuitive.
- Designing for missionaries with different levels of technical literacy while still supporting profile, content, and donation workflows.
Design Decisions
- Simplified flows across visitor, supporter, and missionary roles.
- Created clear navigation patterns for a multi-role platform.
- Used a structured design system to maintain consistency as the product grew.
- Focused on reducing friction in donation and support flows.
- Designed a mobile-friendly experience for missionaries working in the field.
Outcome & Impact
Missionaries and supporters got a platform that made content updates easier, reduced friction in the donation flow, and helped missions reach a wider audience.
- Organized missionary stories, updates, and profile content into a clearer publishing model.
- Made the support journey feel connected to the mission story instead of like a detached form.
- Kept donation and sharing steps approachable for field users and less technical supporters.
- Left room for the platform to scale as more missionaries, agencies, and supporters joined.
