Problem

Healthcare teams needed a clearer way to manage member, benefits, and care coordination work without bouncing between disconnected screens and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Synthesized product and stakeholder input to keep the UI/UX direction aligned with member, benefits, and care workflow goals.
• Supported research, IA, wireframes, and prototyping across multiple releases.
• Built reusable design patterns and shared assets that could scale with the platform.
• Handled minor frontend tasks when needed and collaborated closely with developers to protect handoff quality.

Challenge

The challenge was organizing a dense healthcare workflow so admins could move between member, benefits, and care tasks without losing context.

Approach

I supported research, IA, wireframes, prototyping, interface design, and design-to-dev collaboration, then handled small frontend updates where needed while building reusable patterns around member, benefits, and care-management flows.
